VISUALISE YOUR TASKS WITH THE FLOW VIEW
If you don’t prefer the Flow view (as seen above) you can switch to the traditional List View.
Recurring tasks lets you repeat tasks. Create a task followed by “every” and one of the following: day/ week/ month/ year/ Monday/ Tuesday etc.
For example: Check Google Analytics every week, Send clients reports every Monday, Publish an editorial calendar every month.
Brightpod will do the rest to remind you.
Each task has a comment thread which lets you track what everyone commented on. Plus, you can add a new comment by replying to the email notification that the system sends you when a comment is added.
Label any task with a status so that you communicate the progress of the task clearly. Current status labels are In Progress, Pending Review, Published, Approved, On Hold, Now Live, Cancelled, Declined.
Simply open up your email and send in a task to any of your projects in Brightpod. For syntax rules, check out our guide to add a task via email.
Any task can be easily converted to a new project (pod).
This is extremely useful when you have setup a pod for incoming requests and then want to convert a few approved tasks into new projects.
Brightpod has transformed how I work with the members of my team! Productivity is WAY up, and it is so easy (and fun) to keep everyone on the same page for all of our creative projects.”
Brightpod is the need of the hour for marketers. It’s time they are freed from the clutches of inflexible, generalist project management apps and the annoying spreadsheets to stay on top of things.
