The Way I Manage My Projects with brightpod
We’re flexible with our hours and our team members work anywhere between 7am and 7pm. During that time there’s a lot of client communication, project development and general office stuff happening.

The first thing that we normally do is turn on Spotify and crank it up on the office speakers, go for a coffee run and warm up with a game of table tennis.
One of the biggest time savers we have must be working in the cloud. Services such as Dropbox and Slack make life a lot easier and make sure we’re all on the same page. Everyone in the team has a Macbook Air and Thunderbolt display so it’s super easy to move around and always be connected.
At the moment there are about 25 active projects and 9 team members in Brightpod. We’re expecting this to ramp up soon seeing we used to have a minimum of 90 projects in Basecamp before.
Basecamp, Trello, ProWorkFlow, Redbooth are a few of the tools we’ve used in the past two years. We switched to Brightpod a couple of months ago and I think it is the best solution for our needs so far.
No, not yet. I do see some of the features to be useful as we grow our business and processes in the near future.
Not really, we tried so many tools before so we sorta knew what we were getting into. Brightpod has been fairly simply to use - I refer to it as Basecamp on steroids :)
Insights, Focus and being able to see project progress at a glance. I don’t have to deal with the tasks myself, just need to make sure the team is on the ball and that I lend a hand where it’s needed.

Keep doing what you’re doing. Invite wisely in the most requested features. Keep polishing the product and make sure you listen to your clients. Love your work!
