The Way I Manage My Projects with brightpod
We are pretty fast paced at Collect. An average day involves a lot of heads down, hard at work. This is broken up by the odd table tennis, pool, soccer or netball game.
We don't really follow a routine. We get stuck into work and have a bit of fun in between all the hard work. As a marketing team, we look over Brightpod every couple of days to make sure we are on track.
The Brightpod Focus board help the team work smarter. We use it to keep track of our 'to-do lists' - we can re-order it, move things around, and mark the tasks as 'done' from the Focus board itself. It helps us work on the right things and gives us piece of mind that nothing will get missed or forgotten.
We have 15 pods (projects) in Brightpod, and currently 3 team members. We use it for all our marketing and design projects to help us keep track of everything and work smarter as a team.
Yes, we were using another tool but it only had the functionality of the task board. We wanted something that we could use to organize due dates, track overall project progress, add files, notes and prioritize better.
Not really. It was easy to use. Once all our projects, and tasks were in Brightpod, it was straightforward to use and now we have it open on our desktops all the time.
The Focus board. I'm a big list person, and this helps me focus on just a few thing and cross them off my list. Putting my mind at ease that nothing is getting missed.
Probably very unorganized and stressed out. It's a huge relief knowing work is getting tracked, progress is being made, and nothing is being forgotten.
It's great. I love it!
